Martyn Gerard Estate Agents (Winchmore Hill branch) were very professional in the way they managed the marketing of our property and subsequent viewings. Communication was excellent throughout. We appreciated regular updates and prompt return of phone calls especially when issues arose. Our sale had the complication of joint ownership with one owner acting for themselves and the other being represented by an attorney under POA. Complications arose during the sale due to this issue and other sellers in the chain. Afina Shalos of Martyn Gerard was such a supportive presence throughout the whole process. She dealt with all issues in a very professional way and reassured us by her prompt attention to situations that threatened the sale. She was always approachable and a pleasure to do business with. We also appreciated Dinesh Mirchandani, branch manager, who oversaw the process.
