Zero responsibility
Had to replace the mattress cover once already. It works until the warranty ends—then you’re screwed. Does it cool? Yes. Does it last? No. You’re basically paying thousands for about two years of use, with no warranty extension even after a replacement. When something goes wrong, they make you jump through endless hoops just to blame you for the damage. It’s a pattern—countless others have the same story. Their so-called “premium app subscription” gives you extra warranty, but in reality it just means you’ve already paid them $3,000 upfront, keep paying a subscription on top, and after three years you’re still screwed. The only “solution” they offer? A “discouned" $750 for a new mattress, which is insulting after what you’ve already paid. Poor build. Poor value. Zero accountability. And their TrustPilot score makes it clear this isn’t just me. Shame, because the product when it works is great.
