Express EA dubious practice
Express EA sent me an enticing flyer. I called and they advised an agent would call me later. 15 minutes before the appointment they sent a link to a video call (I was not asked about this and wouldn’t have agreed) with an encouraging message and provided no alternative. They then did not answer my return call. Beyond dubious activity.
