DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SHIPPING COMPANY
I was supposed to have two boxes shipped from New York to Mumbai 3 months ago. The very next day one of the boxes got returned to me all tattered and the other box was nowhere to be found. The team said there was a payment issue with Fedex and my other box has been held HOSTAGE by Fedex because of it. These guys tried to scam Fedex into not paying their dues and Fedex has blocked their account. My package has been held by Fedex because of their shady practices. Since then these frauds have made no effort to reach out and give any updates - I have had to follow up by calling and emailing every week and all I hear is they're working on it. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent company. DO NOT ship anything with them if you want to see your packages again.
