For companies working on blockchain or crypto, traditional banking can be a challenge. The Nexpay service is specifically targeted at companies like metaspan.com. Their KYC process is rigorous and thorough - and can take some time to clear. We appreciate the efforts of the account manager Helmut Gerhard who worked with us every step of the way and kept the process moving along. We are happy to have our IBAN account with them. So, why only 4 stars? On occasion we had technical issues with the paynexpay.com web site where we could not login. There were resolved eventually, but it took more than a day.
