Vessi sent me the wrong order
Vessi sent me the wrong order. I reached out to support. The support representative was responsive and did the best their could to resolve my problem. However, the process itself is terrible. Vessi sent me the wrong order, and instead of sending a replacement order right away, they demanded i first provide evidence that i have sent the wrong order back before even beginning the process of sending the correct one (which took like a week btw). Considering this was a mistake on Vessi's side, this was a terrible experience, and shows a lack of trust on the customer. In addition, the replacement order box arrived teared up and looks as if had been opened (did the send me the order that another customer received by mistake??). I cant even imagine how much more i would have to wait if the size hadnt fit, assuming the process would not get mixed up again. I will certainly think twice in the future before buying from Vessi again.
