My refund still has not been processed…
My refund still has not been processed since my last review on the 10th march for my return. It has now been over a month since the review and I have not received any updates via email although I have contacted several times for an update. It is now April 14th and the returned items were returned back by Royal Mail on the 28th February. I am honestly really disappointed.
