Costa Let's start with the fact they recommended a Bag Service called Bag Express, which opened our bags and ended with the theft of our personal items - and Costa did nothing, did not even help to ensure the company responded back to us. Then let us add to that the fact that they harrassed us repeatedly about a credit card after we supplied them with one that was operating with no problem, but they were unable to get their act together to stop the harrassment.
