Minster Law was appointed by my insurer…
Minster Law was appointed by my insurer to handle my personal injury claim following a no fault accident in which my car was written off and I was injured. Despite being appointed by the insurer, I always felt that the person handling my case was representing me and doing their best for me. The claim was started off by one person at Minster Law (who I have already reviewed) but continued by Steven Pollard. I was worried about the transition at the time, but must say that it was absolutely seamless. Steven was from the outset completely familiar with my case and what remained to be done. I found the whole process stressful because I wanted to put the accident behind me and the other party took a long time to accept liability, not because there was any question they were liable, but because of complications caused by there being two potential insurers involved on the other side. Steven was always calm, patient and reassuring and that helped me to be calm and patient too. I always knew exactly what was happening or the reasons for any delays. The appointments with specialists were handled with great efficiency and all went smoothly. Steven always explained everything clearly but if I had a question and emailed Steven, he always responded immediately so that I was not left in any doubt. I always felt he listened to me and understood when I got increasingly anxious for the claim to be over and done with so I could move on with my life. I have absolutely no prior experience of personal injury claims, did not know what to expect and was very apprehensive of all that may be involved, but I can honestly say that I don't see how my claim could have been handled better. It seemed to me that all the right steps were taken at the right time to reach a satisfactory conclusion on the date I have used as the "Date of experience," although the claim was in progress for a long time before that. I am grateful for Steven's hard work and for his guidance, support and professional expertise and would happily recommend him and Minster Law to anyone.
