The protein shake is a pleasant product
The protein shake is a very pleasant product. It dissolves well in water, doesn’t create a feeling of fullness, and doesn’t cause gas in the guts. By mixing it with water, it becomes more like a lemonade rather than a milky substance. This makes it much easier to consume compared to all the other shakes I’ve tried.
