We got them to install a filtration system on our well pump durining the summer They placed the tank on the out side of the housing unit and said it would be fine. Few days ago the water froze we where left with out water for 3 days. We rang a local company to fix it costing 200 euro he's was great He told us that the tank could explode and it the way it was put in it should have never been put in that way I rang the company to inform them And see if they they could fix the problem They where every unhelpfully they refused to do a thing They took our money They fitted a product that is not fit for purpose It will freeze again if we get cold weather I thought they would fix the problem but they refused to take blame and said it was an extra cold winter I would never use this company again very unhappy We will have to find a reputable company to come back and install the filtration system the right way
