I’ve called into customer service a few times to get some answers for questions I had and each time I’ve spoken to Travis. Travis exemplifies what being a subject matter expert is in relation to what Credit Versio does and offers. Very patient, builds rapport and listens to client questions and requests. Very grateful for each conversation as Credit Versio is working for me and I give that to him walking me through everything. Great customer service and experience, I’m very happy.
