Miss Ankuri Bhowmik, 11 Jan 2022 I have been phoned by manager Siva (Sivarajah) Suthakaran on 15 Dec 2021 at about 11am on my landline who has made false promises that he has no intention of keeping saying that he will pay me the missing rental income that my father Dr Mohini Bhowmik and myself are due starting off with £1000 per month for 6 months but he will not pay me any interest. However when I checked my latest bank statement, I have still not been paid anything. Sivarajah Suthakaran is back to his lying, cheating, scumbag, dishonest, deceitful ways. He is a despicable, deceitful, dishonest, insincere, dangerous man who will use all manner of tactics to avoid not paying you (landlords or tenants) any money that is rightfully due to them. He is not at all sorry for not paying us the landlords our rental income for properties that he used to let out to tenants on our behalf and has never once apologised to us. May Sivarajah Suthakaran, his wife Bhamathy Suthakaran and his son Suthakaran Subaram who has now taken over all the business all rot in hell. I do not like being cheated and taken advantage of in this way.
