Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Only interested in making sales. Very reluctant after sales service. Staff hung up on me after being put on hold for 20+ minutes. Never answer the phones ... called 20+ times to ask a question about a $3,000 product I purchased, and when they do finally pick up they make you feel like they are doing you a favour! Anaconda has a LOT to learn about customer service! They have lost my business, and I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone anymore! IM DONE WITH ANACONDA.
