Thoroughly satisfied …

From start to finish my Ombudsman Chelsea was nothing short of amazing. She kept me in the loop at every stage, usually with a phone call or email. Chased my energy provider up to send their evidence but after weeks of pursuing them went ahead with her findings anyway.Have had the whole stressful experience sorted with a refund, compensation, smart meter & letter of apology. Very friendly & knowledgeable young lady. Thank you again.

WORSE ELECTRICITY COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD

Have been in a contract with this outfit for twelve months and am so glad to be rid. Nightmare from day one. Didin't receive welcome pack online. Put in loads of meter reads but consistently got underestimated bills except for the summer one for over £900!!!!! Spent hours on the phone only to be told I wasn't putting the readings in at the right time but there was no proper bill dating system with them. Some of the customer service personnel didn't have a clue what they were talking about, after nine months one of them actually tried to blame my previous supplier for a wrong reading when in actual fact that was about the only thing that was right. They took a direct debit payment out of my account three weeks after my contract finished with them and it has taken me five weeks to get money owed to me. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY. Update - I have just had an email telling me to contact them as my direct debit has been cancelled and I need to set it up again - hello my contract finished on October 10th!!!!!!!!!!
