Never delivered, no refund
Ordered early July, only to be told it would take 3 weeks to deliver, which seems crazy, but I grudgingly accepted it. The delivery deadline came and went with Jo delivery, but an email to say it would be another week. The second deadline came and went, as well. At this point it’s been almost two months, and I’ve just cancelled my order. It was early summer when I ordered, and now it’s almost over. It’s been almost a week since I asked for my money back, but they’re telling me they can’t refund me until they sort some stuff out internally. They really don’t seem to have their shit together, which is a shame because I’ve been excited to try the product for years and finally convinced myself it was worth the £4k to try it.
