In-Flight Customer Service Experience
I recently flew with the Porter Airlines PD656 on March 29, 2025, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the flight attendants. Her behaviour was unprofessional and rude, which negatively impacted the overall flight. While she did offer an apology at the end, the earlier interactions had already soured the experience. I value courteous and professional service when travelling, and I hope the airline prioritizes training and hiring staff who uphold these standards. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to an improved experience on future flights.
