Blaming Customer for their error!
A package I have arranged was returned, because the shipping label has missed the house number, which was fully provided in the order. Your customer service staff DANIEL insisted that it is the customer's fault because we didn't double check the label. How can it not be the responsibility of the party who arranged the and missed the house number? I think I deserve a refund for this shipment. EDIT: May I stress ~ the address is not too long. It's just printing error on your side and this is still to my cost? You have lost a customer and I don't think any other shipping company out there will deem this as the customer's error.
