Avoid!
Avoid! Placed an order on July 3, still waiting for it to be delivered. There seems to be a disconnect between HQ and the UK delivery company, which for whatever reason the company hasn’t been able to sort out even after 2 and a half months. Today I requested to proceed with the full refund. Let’s see what happens. Zero star experience so far, and needless to say extremely disappointing and shocking from a company that charges £5,000+ for a product. Should’ve checked trustpilot first I guess, as apparently my situation seems to be the base case and not the exception.
