No answers to emails
I placed two separate orders for tickets to a Brewers/Cubs game. I received the first order within two weeks of placing the order. The second order is in question. I receive emails stating the second ticket order is ready for downloading. The email contains the correct order number and Section and Row. However when I download the order, the tickets show the section and row from my first order. I have sent several emails and received no response at all. I have called the customer service number three times and was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. The rep came back to the call only to tell me she had to send an email to another department in the last call. I realize the game is not for a couple of months, but I cannot get answer as to why they send me an email with the correct order number but the wrong tickets. I realize the email states I will receive the tickets before the game; however after spending over $300 for two tickets, I am not understanding why I cannot get an answer to my question or why it takes so long to send the tickets. After reading some of the complaints on the BBB site regarding Marks Tickets, I am concerned I will never see the second order of tickets.
