Irwin Mitchell- a professional, expert company with a heart
As a whole the company provides a very holistic professional but personable approach. Elaine Malcolme, Laura Gabby -Cristofini and Megan Gascoigne were throrough, gentle and guiding, and provided a balance of pragmatism and empathy given the situation I was in. No question or query was too much trouble. They were consistent and punctual with communications. I felt my case was very safe in their hands and they certainly fought my case for me to receive the best care along the way and final settlement payout. I have been extremely impressed by and am grateful to them. A traumatic situation has reached a positive outcome through their work.
