Horrible Customer Experience
Our team was looking for a new dispenser and wanted to purchase here in the United States to avoid import delays. We chose Adagio and our CEO approved. When we first encountered issues with Adagio, Adriana of Wholesale Orders, was unable to support causing her said supervisor Cynthia and our supervisor to step in to ensure and demonstrate to Adagio the value of customer service and experience. Recently we purchased items that were originally wholesale $12 at $17 per unit...Adagio had not shared the price increase with customers and made excuses/gaslighting to avoid their demonstrated price gouging. But outside of their demonstration of devaluing customers, our order has been sitting in New Jersey for over a week and everyone at Adagio, including Michael Cramer is ignoring the support needed with their carrier. They lost a customer, and instead of them caring or supporting they shared "good reviews" they have received over the years.
