My experience with MSP was so-so. I had a few Vespa spares ordered on May 16, the items arrived on July 1 :( Due to a weird discrepancy between two separate software systems (orders-warehouse), order completion took over 45 days. Once the problem was detected and SOLVED, the delivery was fast (FED-EX priority). Customer service was helpful, we have kept communication active during troubleshooting.
