Excellent customer service and a great deal
What a great company to deal with. My experience was very different to others who have reviewed, I can't fault this company or my transaction and I'll be using them again. I was chasing a hard to get a particular item, old stock and at a reduced price but not many about. Having tracked one down here I bought it but received an apology to say no longer in stock. I've had lots of companies offer stuff then say it wasn't available but in this case what I also had was an offer of an immediate refund or some attractive alternative items. I ended up with a very, very good deal on an upgraded alternative, with excellent and helpful comms throughout. I'd have no problem recommending mega motorcycle store and I'll be using them again. Thanks guys
