I can not say enough good things about Joe and his assistant. He always made sure we were kept up to date and he managed to sell our home in one day when the was a shortage on the market. Joe and Janet are amazing. Making you always feel welcome and all of them going out of their way to make sure we were completely happy and all and any of our questions were answered very quickly. Joe always responded with kindness and compassion to my worries and concerns. Joe is very patient, and was able to help me be more rational during the stressful times of listing my house, then the purchase of the other house and negotiating with sellers who were impractical and demanding. We have recommended him to several of our friends, and would not hesitate to work with him again. Couldn't ask for a more professional and efficient team to work with. JP
