We stayed this past week at the Phoenix III, which was nice. Went to do some laundry on Wednesday evening after being on the beach ALL DAY long, went to open the bi-fold doors where the washer and dryer were and one of the doors fell off of the hinges hitting me on the head. After getting my husband to try and put the door back where it belonged, we got to looking and the bottom portion of the door was missing and we found parts laying on the hot water heater. I immediately went and told the front desk, which their responds was nothing at all. Ran into the maintenance guy in the elevator the next day and advised him of this. His responds was, I have seen before where they were pulled completely out of the wall. This tells me that you all really don't care about your condo's or you would try to fix the problem, not put a band aid on it. I'm sure that this will get the same respond as the other reviews have, so I'm not expecting a response from you, but thought you might want to know, cause it could be a small child next time. If your going to have rental property you need to take care of your customers, because words speak very loud in my opinion.
