An update on the fraudulent charges
An update on the 6000 PLN taken from my card. I disputed the charges with the credit card company and sent in all the photos and videos I had taken on the day of drop off. Panek Rent a Car tried to prevent me from making a claim on my insurance by not providing me with a full damage report. I had to submit the claim as I only had 30 days after rental to do it and was waiting for the credit card company to process my dispute. I asked 5 times for damage report. The credit card company have credited my money back to me but if they hadn't I wouldn't have been able to claim from my insurance if I needed to. My advice to anyone hiring a car is to always take photos and videos at drop off. If I didn't do this I wouldn't have been refunded. Never ever use this company. There are honest car hire companies in Poland and this is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.
