I complained a week ago regarding there Finance Department taking me to A Private Debt Agency for an invoice that I had paid for 8 months earlier. Having sent copies of my Bank Statement and copies of letters. Ben from Nuffield Health replied on here and told me it was being looked into. Unfortunately I have had no response from Nuffield Healthcare Directors or Apologies or even confirmation that they have received my complaint. Why no reply from Nuffield or there Debt Agency ??? Very stressful and let's the overall experience down as there hospital treatment was First Class.
