Whilst the help desk were lovely
Whilst the help desk were lovely, prompt and tried to supply spare part rubbers for my Homecraft foldable Sherwood perching stool, unfortunately they could not source any, though the stool is still being sold. So I can only respond negatively since the stool is unusable without them, and I will have to purchase a new one - with more accessible spare rubbers.
