Disappointed customer
I bought a pair of ARA slip on shoes and the insole disintegrated after only 3 weeks. I was offered a different insole and I said I didn’t want that I wanted the same insole that came with the shoe. I was told the shoes would have to go back to Germany and it would take seven weeks. I said it does not take that long to send a pair of shoes back to Germany and I would send the shoes back myself. To cut a long story short you eventually gave me another pair of shoes which I was very happy with. When I went to collect the shoes your staff were so cold and unfriendly. Why ? I did nothing wrong. My shoes were faulty and I was made feel very uncomfortable. I buy a lot of shoes from you on line and in store and to be treated like this was unacceptable. If I was rude or annoyed I would understand but I was neither.
