Don’t use this company for buying…
Don’t use this company for buying anything! I ordered from Etsy thinking I was ordering an item from the UK. It wasn’t until I got the shipping details that I realised it was coming from China. I would not have ordered something from China as far too many air miles and very unenviromentally friendly. Etsy are impossible to contact as rely on drop down means on chat that don’t apply. Finally got through to an online chat to be told that they don’t know where individual shops are located and I would have to contact the seller. How is that supposed to help as you can’t know who you are buying from in advance. They are the selling platform but take no responsibility for the sellers - they should know who they represent! I am deleting my account and won’t buy from them again which is a shame for all the genuine sellers.
