Hej, I was having problem "No Signal" with my SIM from past few days and lot of agents tried to help but didn't work. Then i bought a new SIM and contacted customer care and luckily i got agent name " Therese" and agent number "32501" she was knowledgeable and able to understand my concern quickly and helped me to transfer my old number to new SIM quickly including my previous topup balance. Any top company should have a gem like this to understand and help customers quickly. Kudos to "Therese" for the Great work and keep rocking!
