Returns need improving
I hardly ever write reviews, and certainly not negative ones. However, I feel a bit fed up with Daniel Footwear. Although they despatched the items in good time, I am still waiting for them to acknowledge my returns on my account (even though they have verbally confirmed receipt of the items). A refund would be even better, but I appreciate many companies take time for that to happen. This, and the fact that they don’t offer a refund for items bought in store (which I know they are not obliged to do but I don’t know any other store with that policy), makes one feel they are holding onto one’s money for as long as possible. So as I will still have to buy from them (or lose £150) I can only hope my next experience is better. Sorry Daniel Footwear, but I have to be honest.
