Phoenix VII is a nice complex, unit 1411, not so much
Phoenix VII is a nice complex! Room 1411 is not! 1). Walls are cracking throughout. 2). Many floor tiles are loose. 3). The toilet hadn’t been completely cleaned in weeks! The underside of the bowl was filthy!!!
