Missy was absolutely fantastic

Missy was absolutely fantastic. I asked for my order ship date to change and it was confirmed to change. The order ended up shipping. I spoke to Missy over email and she was so attentive and apologetic for the issue. She contacted FedEx to have the order returned and submitted a new order for me to ship out 5/17. Missy's follow through and service was really reassuring. Best customer service I have received in a long time and I am a first time customer of Planting Tree. I am a customer service supervisor and appreciate an exceptional experience very much. Thank you!
