Terrific service & care when you need them. Easy claim procedure

We have had to us our travel insurance twice while overseas. It gave us piece of mind to speak to someone in Australia who was caring & helpful & direct in what we needed to do. The claims procedure once we returned home was easy. Will always use Travel Insurance Direct. Thank you
