A once market leader gone wrong and I'm glad to be an ex punter of theirs....
Back in the 2010 to 2016 period, I wouldn't hear a bad word said about Heart Internet (HI). Back then, it was run by skilled people who really cared. If ever there was an issue (there weren't many to be honest), it was always sorted and they even at times would go out of their way to sort stuff not in their remit. That was then. Then it happened... quite what I have no idea but in September/October 2018 it was if they'd given up on their amazing platform and moved back to index cards in a shoebox. Failure after failure followed by appalling "support" loaded with excuses if responded to or completely ignored. Toward the end of being with HI, I had over 200 hosted sites with them, but fear started creeping into my very core. When the alarm bells began to hurt my ears, I jumped ship moving every last site over a 10 day period. I left about 450 domains with them, and in the following 24 months or so, as renewals came along, I moved ever last one of them, finally closing my account, obviously. A once market leader at the time loads of rave reviews flying at them, reduced to multiple one star disgruntled former customers. My new hosts where my business is hosted are amazing.
