Customer service time line has gone…
Customer service time line has gone dramatically down hill. I’ve been ordering from MF for about 10 years, DPD didn’t deliver my order on Wednesday. It’s now the following Tuesday and I’m waiting for MF to resend the near £200 order. They sent an email on Monday to confirm my email address, which is taking over 24 hours for them to acknowledge my address and resend the parcel. I’m considering looking elsewhere due to this customer service. Very disappointed. Edit: order was planned to be delivered 10 days after the issue.
