First class conveyancing from Kieran Wilson
I cannot speak highly enough of my solicitor Kieran Wilson who has been a guiding force through the sale of my property. Kieran was always available, and although I am aware that he is incredibly busy, I never got the impression that he was too busy to speak to me or to respond to my emails or calls. Kieran was a trusted advisor to me during a process which was incredibly painful (due to delays with the chain) and kept me encouraged and motivated about the sale when I really thought it would fall through. I was originally dubious using a conveyancing firm which isn't based locally, but I feel incredibly lucky to have instructed Kieran as I could not have asked for a more professional, organised and prepared solicitor. The fact that he was based in another city made absolutely no difference at all and I would not hesitate to instruct him again. I will also be recommending Kieran and his colleague Christian Wehko (who covered and helped push things through when Kieran was on leave) to everyone I know.
