Incredible customer support
Great parcel service, package reached it's destination as fast as possible. INCREDIBLE customer service - I was in contact with Mr. Michał from Poland and I have to say this was the best customer support experince I have ever had. Mr. Michał was always up to date on what was happening with the package, he was notifying me about the whereabouts and source of delays for the delivery. He was making phone calls, sending emails, and he put up with me annoying him almost every day. He sometimes even responded within seconds of me sending an email. Whatever Mr. Michał makes, he deserves to earn tenfold or a very generous bonus, people like that REALLY increase the value of the service. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
