Booked a white Hummer style limo, got a battered old black thing
We booked a white Hummer style limo. We confirmed separately by email the exact car we wanted. A picture was sent of the vehicle booked. What arrived was an old, black limo in terrible condition that looked nothing like the one booked. With no prior warning, from poptop or the limo company. We had no choice but to use it as we had no alternative! Horrendous service. Had the cheek to say we had underpaid. There was a £10 underpayment by accident. They took nearly £900 under false pretenses!
