been a michaels customer over 20 years in texas , always in pereson. ordered shades online. unknown to me they had some rip off company fulfill my order. company sent wrong item. i sent pics the packing slip, the product received, their copy of order form and they still insisted they were right (wrong size). very clear it was wrong. company was nop help and michaels has refused to help/ no one will contact me after initial contact that i replied to witj picture. i have attempted to contact them several times. be careful of them.. I'm out about $115 on them.
