DO NOT purchase software from fastsoftware.co.uk
I purchased software from fastsoftware.co.uk on 01/02/2021. They failed to email a download link. On the morning of 02/02/2021 I telephoned them using phone number 02039678380, BT do not recognise their phone number. I did go on their website live chat, had a brief conversation with David, explained the problem, he sent me a download link that didn't work and then blocked live chat. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. As usual blame the customer, and covid.you state you don't offer telephone support, how can you? BT don't recognise your telephone number, probably been disconnected, there is no typo error on my part, neither is there an email from you in spam folder. It hasn't been sent, Why did David send a non working link in live chat and then block live chat????? You will be hearing from my bank in the next few days. My advise remains the same DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You took my money and failed to send download link or order confirmation email. You should be ashamed of yourselves UPDATE - Fast Software Group Ltd Companies House - Active proposal to strike off I don't have any order information, there is no email link or otherwise. As previously stated you took my money and provided nothing. If you want to resolve simply send link to download software. That is the only way to resolve if you do that i will amend this review. I'm not holding my breath, David sent me a link in live chat and promptly blocked live chat, why did he not resolve the issue? had that happened we wouldn't be having this conversation.
