I had a horrible experience with the admissions department after speaking with a woman named Janelle. I was going to transfer in to SNHU however once I was spoken to in that way from another person I have zero interest in attending a school like this. This woman was absolutely abrasive and rude. after I asked her about transferring credits she kept forgetting I was a transfer student. It was beyond bizarre. The conversation went around in circles. I am happy She was so rude. It made me look up reviews about the school. After reading what others have to say I am certain my gut instinct is correct. Run!
