Delivered the promised service & were there to help us till completion.

First of all I would like to thank Will for his service, hard work and patience when dealing with me. My experience with Sellmyhome.co.uk was excellent. As I was not familiar with the concept and I was reluctant to transfer money upfront. However the potential savings were considerable, and further browsing showed no negative signs, so after making a few phone calls I chose sellmyhome. I wanted to get involved with the sale of my property and did quite a bit of work to prepare the advert, sellmyhome then did the rest. My login space on their website was very well done , and clear. So organising the viewings was easy. (In our case, there was so much interest that sellmyhome arranged all the viewings over the phone for me, everything was then put down for me on the website). Then as we received offers, again we got help for organising this. As our experience was so good we decided to use sellmyhome for the negotiating. Their help and advise before exchanging was very welcome, because our offer was much higher than the evaluation, the client wanted to re-negociate and I was able to get prompt advise, as to how to act. It felt like we worked together in a very open manner in order to get the best possible results and ensure satisfactory procedure of the sale, whilst still attending to the need of the buyer. I have shared my experience of using an e-agent to friends and relatives and mentioned that sellmyhome were excellent.
