They lie about rug size and won't make it right
I ordered and paid for an advertised 8x10 rug and a suggested 8x10 rug pad. The rug arrived and was 7'10"x8'11" but the rug pad was 8x10 as advertised. When I pointed this out to customer service, I was told rug sizes are an estimate, they weren't going to make it right, but referred me to their return policy if I wanted to return it. No apology or anything. Never getting my business again.
