Handy if you've got funds tied up in Paypal

Wasn't much choice of take aways to be fair but loved the fact could use Paypal (not on all places though!) Ordered a couple of times in one week. Process pretty simple but site seems a bit dated and lacks functionality. Seems a very basic and dull site and layout. Simple things like address entering could be tidied up as there's a bit for number and then a bit for flat and it only sends the number to the take away so eg: 20 Flat A becomes 20 so had to change to 20A second time. Were also some menu errors such as places having half the menu for £0.00 which was tempting and things like set meal price upgrades where the formula must have been wrong. (ie: saving less by buying more) As for the take aways the site had one Chinese and a few Indian to choose from and probably not the best of choices in the area (normally avoid). Updates on delivery are very basic too and simply get a confirmation email saying stand by your phone your orders been placed a normal order is 45minutes average but may be longer if busy or public holiday. So no specific aimed time just confirming order and payment more than anything. Also cant leave feedback on meal until you receive a specific email link so if you delete it or enter wrong email you cant really comment. Not that many people do most places only had 0-3 reviews. One place I ordered from sold alcohol so that was handy and only reason ordered! - food though was too spicy/hot and I love spice ( it was not good spicy more like torture) and the other phoned me and asked me to come out to the car when my door and window were a few metres away! Obviously this isn't down to Takeaway.com but just added to the overall lack of excitement I got using the service. Probably wouldn't use again and would only recommend to people wanting to buy dinner with Paypal who weren't in the mood for pizza.
