I ordered the undereye balm and it came damaged. I contacted Luxe and heard back super fast from their customer service department with a personal message, not just a canned all the same message. I had sent photos of the damaged package and product so they could see how bad it was. They sent me a whole new order that I received a couple of days ago. I appreciate the customer service, and will continue to order from this company! KC
