Terrible Customer Service
I have just cancelled my insurance with Scoop and renewed with a new, local broker. I finally had had it with the errors and the terrible customer support. My call last week to cancel my home and auto policies took over half an hour to complete and when I received the e-docs to sign, they had someone else’s name on them! Hilarious.
