"FREE" collection? No, they wanted £300
They advertise "FREE" collection anywhere in the UK. Untrue. My initial offer was cut in half. I accepted the lower offer and they organised collection from me. I was then informed that as my address was "unusual" I needed to pay them an extra £300 for collection. So, no FREE collection. Why claim to collect for free and then attempt to charge for collection?? Sold elsewhere.
